Each and every RealSeat starts with (1) machine bent 1" diameter tube with a robust 3/16" wall, (2) CNC machined 1/2" diameter support tubes with 1/8" wall, and (2) laser-cut 1/4" plate brackets that are all welded together in a specially designed fixture.

The anodized seat frame is then mated with bolt hardware to (1) CNC machined seat mount that will serve both as a mount to the radial brackets on the seat frame and a clamp to a traditional 'round top' seat post shaft on a bicycle.

To complete a RealSeat one 600 denier polyester seat cover is fitted onto and tightened around the U-shaped seat frame via a belt mechanism hidden on bottom of the seat cover. The finished seat cover includes (3) durable neoprene-like, non-slip strips sewn to top of sitting surface and (2) cloth reflectors sewn to rear flaps.
