All RealSeat frames and mounts are constructed using aircraft grade aluminum.

           A seat frame begins with (1) machine bent 1" diameter tube with a robust 3/16" wall, (2) CNC-machined                                             1/2" diameter support tubes with 1/8" wall, and (2) laser-cut 1/4" plate brackets that are                                  all welded together in a specially designed fixture and later anodized.

            The seat frame is mounted with bolt hardware to (1) precision machined and anodized aluminum seat frame  mount that ultimately clamps to a tapered 'round top' seat post shaft on a bicycle.

     To complete our revolutionary RealSeat, a custom-designed and hand-sewn 600 denier polyester seat cover that                             includes both pillowed padding and durable non-slip strips is hand-fitted onto and tightened                                                               around the U-shaped seat frame tube via a belt system. The finished                                           cover is colorfast, washable, and removes with ease.
